Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2014, the Defendant, along with the victim E, took charge of general duties in the victim E while taking care of 20 unspecified 20 bathings at the D bath in the 09:00 Gyeonggi-gun, the Defendant: (a) took care of the victim E in the course of his/her activities; and (b) took care of the victim, the Defendant, “I ambling and throw off after being so cut,” “I ambling as soon as he/she ambling,” and sexually insulting the victim.
