Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on January 13, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at Daegu Prison on November 9, 2017, and other same records are added to 15 times.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant and the Victim C (V, 50 years old) reported their marriage around March 2018, and have lived together with the Daegu-gu D 301.
