Punishment of the crime

1. From around April 2003 to November 2015, Defendant A, while working as the secretary general of the JAAAA, took overall charge of the overall affairs of the sports association, including the management of the staff of the JAAA sports personnel, the attraction and withdrawal of various sports competitions, the overall management of the KAF personnel, the operation and management of a swimming pool, and the budget execution of military subsidies.

The supervisor of the sports department of a middle school shall obtain the qualification of the sports department from the Korea Sports Association and register it as the supervisor of the sports department of each middle school, and shall exercise overall control by delegation from the head of the relevant school of all the affairs of the sports department, such as training of players, participation, and entrance to a school, so the duties to perform the duties fairly.

On September 4, 2009, 4 million won was remitted to the Cit Bank account under B's name.

In addition, the Defendant’s two indictments on February 20, 208, from around February 20 to February 7, 2013, 18, including the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 18 times, include two supervisors of the axis department of middle school on February 20, 2008, the upper half of which was February 20, 2009, and two supervisors of the axis department on February 20, 2009, and it appears that it is a clerical error.
