1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 220,000,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from April 4, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Grounds for claim;

A. On April 24, 2012, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 10 million to Defendant B, KRW 20 million on August 28, 2013, KRW 10 million on January 2, 2014, KRW 220 million on April 7, 2014, and Defendant B agreed to pay the said loan by December 31, 2016.

On the other hand, Defendant C and D guaranteed Defendant B’s above loan obligation against the Plaintiff.

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 220 million and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 4, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff.
