Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.108%, driven BK5 cars in the section of approximately 300 meters from the former North Korean National Police Agency near the former North Korean National Police Agency located in Yansan-si Automatic 3, Seoul, to the front end of the building in front of the former Hongsan-ro 81 white building.
