1. The Defendant is jointly and severally with C as to KRW 152,900,000 and KRW 150,000 among them, respectively, to the Plaintiff from December 31, 2012.

1. On January 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 150,000,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 26.4% per annum, and C provided joint and several guarantee to the Plaintiff on the same day.

On November 23, 2012, the defendant paid 400,000 won to the plaintiff as interest, and finally, the principal and interest of the above loan is not repaid.

Therefore, the Defendant is jointly and severally liable with C to pay interest or delay damages at the rate of 26.4% per annum from December 31, 2012 to the date of full payment (i.e., 150,000 won x 152,900,000 won x 26.4/100) x 1/12 x 400,000 won (=150,000,000 won) and interest or delay damages at the rate of 150,000 won out of the loans.
