B A stock company is a corporation established on November 12, 2013 for the purpose of manufacturing steel structure with 30 regular workers at Gunsan-si.

C is the general manager of safety and health who manages the affairs of preventing industrial accidents of its employees and their contractors as the head of the military factory of D Co., Ltd.
Defendant
D Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on December 31, 1965 for the purpose of manufacturing steel structures with 290 full-time workers at H and 5 in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is a business owner under the Occupational Safety and Health Act that operates D military production factories in Gunsan-si E.
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendants A and C (the occupational injury, death, and violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Act);
