A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek Housing Site, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on August 24, 2012.

On October 9, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 1:10 on October 9, 2013, driven a Domina car from approximately 200 meters away from the street before the entrance of the Pyeongtaek-Eup Sgyeong-si, to the front of the drilling distance in the south-Eup of Pyeongtaek-si.

Article 35 of the Criminal Act of Aggravation of repeated crime provides that a sentence of sentence against the defendant is inevitable in that the defendant committed the crime without being involved in a repeated crime and without being involved in the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (eight times of fine and one time of suspended execution), as stated in the first head of the judgment, without obtaining a driver's license at all, and with the records of eight times of punishment for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

However, the punishment as ordered shall be determined in consideration of various sentencing conditions shown in the records, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, motive of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc.
