A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2016, at around 16:50 on December 16, 2016, the Defendant sent the victim’s face to the victim E (46 cm, n.e., n., n., n., n.e., n., n.e., n.s.) on the ground that the victim E (46 n.e., n., n., n.e., n., n.s. n.s. n.e., n., n.s.) at “D restaurant” located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

Accordingly, the defendant inflicted an injury on the victims during treatment days.

2. Determination of sentence: (a) comprehensively taking into account all the conditions of sentencing indicated in the records, such as the Defendant’s age, sex, environment, circumstances before and after the instant crime, and the details of the instant crime; and (b) the sentence as ordered.

Unfavorable circumstances: high risk of the method of crime, the degree of injury of victims, and the degree of injury of the victims; the most favorable circumstances that have the same kind of power are agreed with the victims.
