1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The reasoning for the court’s explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the addition or replacement of a part of the judgment of the first instance as set forth in the following paragraph (2). Thus, this is acceptable as it is in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

A. Part 14 of the third side “(14)” and the part(15 to 16(2) “(2)” are deleted, and the part “the second challenge is against the second challenge” in the 16th part is against “the foregoing challenge is against the challenge on January 17, 2012.”

(b) Of the return ports in Category 11 of “12-1,” the second part of the “responding clause” applied the “responding point at the inside of the lepos was a full of the inside of the lepos and the leposthing point.”

(c) in Part 1 of Part 14, the term " July 20, 2012" shall be written by " July 10, 2012".

Under subparagraphs 2 and 25 below the 15th day, the 1st line “N” shall be changed into “N and Q”.

(e) by inserting up to the seventh (based on recognition), the phrase “each description of evidence Nos. 49 and 50” shall be added to each category below the 19th page.

(f)Paragraph 5 of Chapter 26, the term “AE” shall be incorporated into “AE, AK, AL, AM, andN (see Certificate 62 B or 62);

(g) 28 pages 13 of the 28th page "Mayangyang" shall be applied to "Mayangyang".

3. As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
