Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 07:35, at the Daegu Correctional Institution B located in the same ward, the victim C (the age of 40) and the food spawn in the same ward; (b) taken three times the victim's chest in one and two drinking; (c) taken the victim's face on three occasions with the left hand; (d) 6 times the victim's left side side of the drinking, and 6 times the victim's face on two occasions; (c) sustained the victim's 4,5,8, and 9 times the left side of the drinking, the Defendant sustained the victim's injury on the left side of the victim's 5 weeks left, and (d) 4,5,8, and 9.

The favorable circumstances: The defendant recognized his mistake and divided, and the defendant committed the crime of this case contingently, and deposited 3 million won for the victim on April 12, 2019.
