Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around July 12, 2012, lent KRW 1780,00,00,00 to Han Bank Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at one of the Gangnam-gu, Han Bank Gangnam-gu, and one of the victims C known to ordinary people.

'Written request, the victim received cash service with one SK credit card under the name of the victim and lent 1.78 million won to the defendant, and the fact is intended to use it without keeping the credit card even if the credit card was delivered by the victim, but it is false to the effect that "The above oneSK credit card will be kept in custody, and it will be cleanly created by the victim by paying the cash service cost of KRW 1780,000,000,000 received from the victim, and it will be kept without using the credit card."

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received one copy of one SK credit card (credit card number: D) under the victim’s name from July 13, 2012 to March 5, 2013, the Defendant attempted to acquire, or attempted to obtain, a total of 53 times, such as purchase of goods by using the victim’s credit card and receipt of cash services, as described in the separate crime list, from around July 13, 2012 to around March 5, 2013, the Defendant attempted to obtain, or attempted to obtain, a total of 29,572,650 won, such as purchase of goods by using the victim’s credit card and receiving cash services.
