A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2,550,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On August 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on one year and six months, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 21, 2013.

1. The defendant of 2017 Highest 2434 is not a narcotics handler.

A. (1) On September 10, 2016, the Defendant, within the fourth floor office of “D” building in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, (hereinafter “D”), 4.50,000 won for philopon, sold Melopon to E Melopon, a Melopic mental medicine, approximately 0.1g of Melopon (hereinafter “Melopon”).

2) At around 13:00 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from E at the entrance of alleys adjacent to the above “D” building from E; and (b) sold 0.2g Handphones to E.

3) On September 19, 2016, around 19:30, to 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened up 100,000 philopon from E in front of G hotel after G hotel in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) sold E a philopon to E by drying up approximately 0.2g of philopon (in the indictment, the time of crime is indicated as “,” but at around 18:0, at around 19:30 through 20:0, according to the facts obtained through the examination of evidence). (b) On April 13, 2017, the Defendant administered a philopon by dilutioning approximately 0.5g of philopon within the mutual incopon shop located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by dilutioning it with approximately 0.5g of copon.

2. Except as otherwise provided for in any other Act, no person of the 2017 Height 3176 shall transfer any electronic card, electronic information equivalent thereto, certificate, password, or any other means of access in electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, the defendant created a passbook from H around July 2014 and received a proposal of KRW 170,000 per day from H and accepted it, and around that time, a bus before a high-speed bus terminal located in Daegu-si.
