Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2019, at around 00:45, the Defendant driven CM5 car at approximately 9km from the uppermost-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Songcheon-gu to the front end of the Jeoncheon-gun-gun, Jeoncheon-gun, Jeoncheon-do, under the influence of alcohol level 0.17% of alcohol level.
