Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of Crain vehicles.

On December 11, 2017, the Defendant was driving a three-lane road in front of the member-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, in the opposite direction while driving a one-lane in the direction of Ansan-si in the central direction.
