On March 28, 198, F was divided into U.S. or J land. 2) On August 5, 1988, F completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the gift made on May 30, 1988, on the basis of the gift made on May 30, 1988, to V for the entire 1,193 square meters of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government U.S. 1,193 square meters.

F completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land listed in Annex 1 List 2 (hereinafter referred to as “S land”).

After September 25, 2009, Defendant B and C acquired 1/2 of each of the S land in the voluntary auction procedure by Seoul Northern District CourtY District Court on Seoul Northern District Court on September 25, 2009, and completed the registration of ownership transfer due to sale due to voluntary auction on

(B) On May 30, 198, K completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of donation from May 30, 198. On September 13, 2006, K established the right to collateral security in the future of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Forestry Cooperatives, and thereafter, on April 24, 2009, N acquired J land and completed the registration of ownership transfer due to sale due to voluntary auction on the same day. (B) On April 8, 1982, F newly built a building without permission (hereinafter “instant building”) and owned it to K on or before April 8, 1994 through 195, and donated the instant building to K.
