Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2017, at around 16:50, the Defendant reported the Victim C (68 tax) as an assault at the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Senior Community Center 3-ro 67 (Jin Dong-dong, Dong Dong-dong, Dong Dong-dong, Dong Dong-dong) 9, the Defendant committed assault on the ground that he reported the Victim C (68 tax) as an assault against the Defendant.
