1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are the occupants of the C Apartment in Busan Shipping Daegu E (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), and the defendant is the council of occupants' representatives comprised of representatives of the occupants of each Dong for the management or use of the apartment of this case.

B.
