A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who had worked as an employee at D operated by the victim C in Ansan-gu from July 2015 to January 2016.

1. On February 10, 2016, the Defendant invadedd a structure beyond a fence of about two meters installed at the same place with intent to steals money and valuables around 18:00 on February 10, 2016.

2. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant, upon intrusion as above, stolen the victim’s electric wires equivalent to approximately KRW 60,000,00, at the market price of the victim’s possession where the victim set up any crebs that the victim left, left, and was then stolen.

3. On February 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 02:48 on February 13, 2016; (b) and by the same method as described in paragraph (1) for the purpose of theft of money and valuables; (c) destroyed the victim’s leaving the place and leaving any cre in any way; and (d) stolen the victim with approximately KRW 6 km and approximately 9 km of the market price owned by the victim and approximately KRW 200,000,000.
