1. The Defendant each of the KRW 20,000,000 for Plaintiff A, E, and F, and KRW 15,000 for Plaintiff B, C, and D, and each of them.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 1974, while attending the second year of the management department of G University, the Plaintiff A participated in the student movement, such as printing of printed materials for the pursuit of anti-readers around the end of March 1974.

On April 23, 1974, Plaintiff A was arrested without a warrant for an offense of violation of subparagraphs 1 and 4 of the Presidential Emergency Decree (hereinafter “Emergency Decree”) on the grounds of this, and was detained on April 27, 1974, and was released upon the suspension of indictment on August 8, 1974.

Plaintiff E, together with A, arrested on April 25, 1974 without a warrant for a violation of Emergency Decree Nos. 1 and 4 on April 27, 1974, and was detained on April 27, 1974, and was released on August 8, 1974. Plaintiff F, who had engaged in a student movement and work for copying, etc., as Plaintiff A, was arrested on April 24, 1974 without a warrant for a violation of Emergency Decree Nos. 1 and 4 on April 25, 1974, and was released upon a suspension of indictment on August 8, 1974.

B. On March 1974, when Plaintiff B was enrolled in the department of social studies at G University, Plaintiff B was arrested without a warrant on charges of violating emergency measures on March 28, 1974, and was detained on April 22, 1974, and was released on June 22, 1974.

C. On April 1974, while attending the first year of H University, Plaintiff C was arrested on the charge of violating Emergency Decree No. 4, and was released on June 26, 1974.

D has been arrested and detained without a warrant in April 1974, and was released on May 15, 1974.

D In the process of being arrested and investigated, investigators engaged in harsh acts such as assault and water adviser.
