Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2013, at around 09:25, the Defendant driven a D5 tons car truck without obtaining a driver's license from the section of about 1km up to the 1km road located in the front of the science complex located in the Chang-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, to the front of the new road in the same Eup.
