A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member belonging to the port branch of the Korea Democratic Trade Union headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the "cargo") which is an organization affiliated with the Korean Democratic Trade Union's public transportation labor union.
