Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BCA110V vehicles.

1. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license on December 21, 2016, operated a two-lane, one of the two-lanes at the speed of about 60 km at the speed of speed, from the framework distance of the drawing to the front of the “D cafeteria” road located in Chuncheon City without a driver’s license on December 21, 2016.

At the time, a pedestrian crossing without signal apparatus is installed on the front side, so a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed, to see well the right and the right, and to safely drive the motor vehicle.

2. On December 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license within approximately KRW 1.5 km from the front of the 'mutual name in Chuncheon-si Automatic’ to the front of the 'D cafeteria’ in the same city as the 'D cafeteria’, which was around 17:45 square meters.
