Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2019, at around 20:33, the Defendant removed one copy of the public notice of the apartment election commission attached by the victim D, the chairperson of the above apartment management committee, from the elevator in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment Cdong 1,2 Ra on November 9, 2019, on the ground that he read himself.
