Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on May 30, 2014, the Defendant found D Gameland operated by the victim C in Daegu, Seo-gu B and 2 at the same place as the preceding day, and prevented other customers from entering the said entertainment room for about 30 minutes, by cutting off drinking water that was contained in the cooling house in the amusement room, and then spreading drinking water on the floor of an unspecified large number of customers and entertainment room, and spreading drinking water to an unspecified number of customers and entertainment room. The Defendant obstructed other customers from entering the said entertainment room by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's entertainment room business by force.
