The defendant shall file a move-in report within 14 days, where he/she moves his/her place of residence to a person liable for military service who is subject to call-up to social work personnel service on May 8, 201

Nevertheless, on February 2014, the Defendant did not move to a dormitory of a company with mutual influence located in the area of the Gyeongbuk-gu, Gyeongbuk-do, and did not move to a moving-in report within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
