Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On September 20, 2013, Defendant A stolen approximately 80 km-g of vinyl 1, which was collected and loaded from residents in order to receive subsidies from the South Sea and Gun Office, from the victim F, who is the village head, in the E-Cinyl chloride 2013, Defendant A stolen the market price of which the victim F, who is the village head, was loaded and managed at the place.
B. From September 2013, 2013, Defendant A: (a) committed a theft by carrying approximately KRW 70 km on a vinyl 70 g, which was not known at the market price, collected from residents in order to receive subsidies from the South Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office; (b) Defendant A, at the joint collection center of H village in Gyeongnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, a village manager, for the purpose of receiving subsidies from residents.
C. From September 2013, 2013, Defendant A stolen approximately 50 km g of vinylpos, which were collected from residents to receive subsidies from the South Maritime Affairs Office in order for the victim K, the village head, to be able to receive subsidies from the South Maritime Affairs Office, using any cres in the joint collection center of the South Maritime Village in the South Maritime Affairs.
Defendant
A on October 2013, 2013, after being loaded and stolen approximately 50 kmg of vinyl 1, which was collected from residents in order to receive a subsidy from the South-west Sea Office from the victim M who is the village leader in the Seoul-west L Village Agricultural Products Collection Center of the Republic of Korea.
2. Defendant A driving the said G truck without a driver’s license at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act.
