Defendant G is 42,818,160 won to Plaintiff A and 5% per annum from October 31, 2015 to April 5, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1 of the Plaintiffs is the M&A (hereinafter “Non-Party Partnership”).

(2) On the ground of 4,144.3m2 in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, where the Dong-gu N and O sites were located, a commercial building in the name of Qu (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).

) A newly-built reconstruction project was promoted, and Man-Magnb Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “In-the-counter company”).

(2) Of the instant commercial buildings, the Plaintiffs are the owners of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B-51, Plaintiff B-5, Plaintiff C-229, Plaintiff D-5, Plaintiff D-7, Plaintiff E- 278, and Plaintiff F- 215, respectively.

B. The Defendants entered into a lease contract between the Defendants and the Nonparty Company 1) The Defendants are the acquisition contract between the Nonparty Company and the Nonparty Company, the executing agent of the Nonparty Company, regarding the right to lease of the divided stores in the instant commercial building (hereinafter “instant lease contract”).

(2) According to each lease sale contract concluded by the Defendants or succeeded to the status of the buyer, the buyer entered into a lease contract with the number of the floor and the Gu unit (3.9m2 on the basis of the unit exclusive use area of the instant commercial building) and paid to the non-party company who is the seller to the non-party, with the exception of the lease deposit and the lease deposit, and if the store becomes final and conclusive after drawing the specific location of the store, the buyer entered into a lease contract with the owner of the individual shop (a lessee) for a period of ten years (10 years after the opening of the store) and the lease deposit was refunded from the lessor when the separate lease contract is terminated.

C. Each lease contract between the plaintiffs and the defendants is concluded.
