1. All special elections held by each council on April 4, 2015 and April 11, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant is a community credit cooperative established pursuant to the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, and on March 12, 2015, when Nonparty D, the former president, lost the qualification for president on the grounds of Article 21(1)8 of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, and E, the vice president, was to conduct a special election on behalf of the president.

B. The president of the special election was carried out as follows:

(1) On March 20, 2015, on April 4, 2015, 2015: (a) one president of the elected executive, four directors, and 101 representatives of the elector; (b) the first council of representatives on April 4, 2015 - the first council of representatives: (c) as a result of the attendance and voting by 97 representatives, Plaintiff 45, C45, and F4 votes (e.g., invalid votes 3 votes); (b) the second voting: (c) the second voting was held by 91 representatives on March 20, 201; (d) the second voting was held with Plaintiff 45, C44 (Invalidity marks 2); (e.g., the second voting was held by 91 representatives; and (e) the second voting was held by 45, and (e) the second voting was held by the election commission including Plaintiff D and some management members; and (e) the second voting was held after the second voting was held by the election commission.
