A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 성폭력범죄의처벌및피해자보호등에관한법률위반(주거침입강간등) 피고인은 2009. 8. 30. 02:30경 부산 동구 C에 있는 피해자 D(여, 43세)의 집에 이르러 열린 창문을 통하여 침입한 다음 방에서 잠을 자고 있던 피해자의 음부 부위에 팬티 위로 얼굴을 대고 혀로 핥아 피해자의 항거불능의 상태를 이용하여 피해자를 추행하였다.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) stolen objects owned by the victims habitually eight times as follows.

B.
