A. On May 23, 2005, the Plaintiff lent 50,000,000 won to the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated by the Civil Act from January 1, 2006 to December 9, 2014, which is the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
