A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner who violates the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period of sojourn;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on April 27, 2018, entered Korea as a visa for short-term visits (C-3-9, general tourism) and continued to stay in Korea without departure until June 15, 2020, despite the expiration of the period of stay as of May 27, 2018.

2. On March 2020, the Defendant: (a) the period of stay expires; (b) the illegal aliens came to use it for domestic employment; (c) the Defendant sent a photographic file of the Defendant’s proof to forge his/her foreigner registration certificate and the completion certificate through a professional charge; and (d) the Defendant requested the forgery of his/her name-influence, which he/she became aware of through the Facebook, to the forgery of his/her name

Accordingly, the aforementioned Brazil added the Defendant’s evidentiary photographs to the plastics of the actual size of the foreigner registration certificate, and added them to the photograph of the Defendant, “B” to the name column, “C” to the name column, “VIENM” to the national territory column, “VIENM” to the issue date column, “F-6” to the issuer column, “the head of the original immigration office” to the issuer column, and “F-8, 2023.01.08” to the issuer column, and “the certificate of completion of basic education on safety and health in construction business” to the name column, “C” to the name column, “E” to the registration number column, “E” to the date of completion, “16.16.16. 16. 2020 to the issue date column,” and affixed the official seal to “F” column.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above Brazil, forged the education completion certificate for the defendant who became the name of the head of the Changwon Immigration Office and the defendant under the name of the head of the Changwon Immigration Office and the name of the corporation F.
