If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven a gallon car in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.072% from the roads that he/she may know about a gallon in the Seocho-gu, Chungcheongnam-si Scientific Complex to the roads in front of the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
