A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a new SM5 car.

On December 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 23:50 on December 6, 2017, and led to the road of five-lanes in front of the driving distance of the Suwon Integrated Athletic Ground, which is located in 860 in the border of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul, along three-lanes.

At the time, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed at night and at the front, so there was a duty of care to secure a safety distance that can be avoided if the driver is able to live well in front and the driver is stopped by the vehicle ahead.
