1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 25,614,977 and KRW 25,555,397 among them, with the year from September 12, 2005 to April 27, 2006.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking reimbursement as Busan District Court 2006Kadan43671.
B. Accordingly, on June 9, 2006, the Busan District Court rendered a ruling ordering the Plaintiff to pay the amount calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from September 12, 2005 to April 27, 2006 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of the full payment. The above ruling became final and conclusive on July 11, 2006.
C. Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit again for the interruption of extinctive prescription of a claim based on the above judgment.
