Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2012, at around 21:41, the Defendant: (a) reported to the head of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the front side of the road, and received the 112 report that the front of the road is going to walk on the road; and (b) took the place from the slope E, a police officer belonging to the Eunpyeong Police Station D Technicians of Eunpyeong Police Station who called out after receiving the 112 report, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of order, by assaulting the E’s left face on one hand on the top of the hand.
