A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased the exemption from the number of psychotropic drugs containing “strokem”, which is a psychotropic drug, by unfairly using another person’s resident registration number. By deceiving the National Health Insurance Corporation, the Defendant was provided insurance benefits in an unlawful manner, excluding the victim’s own share.

2. On September 26, 2019, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., the Resident Registration Act, and the National Health Insurance Act (hereinafter “D”) around September 26, 2019, received the E’s resident registration number through the name and date of birth of E registered in advance and received medical treatment as the E’s resident registration number, and prescribed that the ethyl 14th degree containing “stroke-m” ingredients.
