Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 30, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act) at the Gwangju District Court on November 30, 2015 and two years of suspension of execution was finalized on December 8, 2015, and is currently under suspension of execution.
