1. On February 12, 2018, around 21:51, in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant defind the shoulder of the slope E belonging to the Seoul Song-gu Police Station Down-gu Police Station that was sent to the Defendant after receiving a report from customers in Songpa-gu, Seoul, with a view to getting off the shoulder, and the Defendant was subject to the control of G belonging to the same police station F, and the said G was the victim of the damage. Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at the time, time, and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) and used the breathal bomb, flaps, 3 times as drinking, and assaulted the bals of the above G while taking a bath to G officers belonging to Seoul Song-gu Police Station F, Seoul, which were called as above.

The defendant continued to take the defendant's behavior, when the defendant was able to do so to the slope E belonging to the Seoul Song Police Station D District E, which took the defendant's behavior, at the same time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of reported cases by police officers and legitimate performance of duties by patrols within the jurisdiction.

3. Around 22:15 on February 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender for the same crime as indicated in the foregoing paragraphs 1, 2, etc.; (b) transferred the flagrant offender to the D District Unit in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the Seoul Police Station D (Seoul), and (c) around 22:20 on the same day; (d) around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant decreased the Defendant’s written confirmation of the arrested suspect’s body and the written confirmation of the right to the flagrant offender.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the documents used by public offices.
