Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2016, at around 16:45, the Defendant: (a) was fluored in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and was fluored to the above C’s staff D, E, etc. on the ground that he was unable to pay money for the bicycle gambling; and (b) the Defendant was fluored by brushing the fluor by shicking the wind of the Victim’s Sports Promotion Foundation, which was installed in the front line.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's flag so that it can be seen as an undeveloped repair cost in the market.
