1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the lower court’s sentence (two years of suspended sentence in six months of imprisonment, and one hundred and sixty hours of community service order) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the defendant agreed with the victims, and led to the confession and reflect of the crime in the first instance trial. However, considering the motive, means, and results of the crime of this case, the circumstances after the crime, and other various sentencing conditions indicated in the records, such as the defendant's age, sex, and environment, the punishment imposed by the court below against the defendant is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit.
