The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by pushing the victim’s shoulder in his/her hand while disputing the issue of the parking place of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) D, the victim E (V, the age of 76) and his/her husband and wife, and the parking place.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On September 18, 2018, Sept. 18, 2018, after the indictment of this case, a written withdrawal of complaint to the effect that the injured person does not wish to punish the accused or withdraws the wishing to punish the accused.

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
