Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:10 on September 21, 2018, at the residence of the victim C (one year old); (b) knew that there are many cases where the victim lives with his father and her mother, she is able to rape the victim; (c) worn a plastic bag on his head; (d) worn the victim’s face; and (d) intrudes the victim into the victim’s face through his front door door door; (d) reported the Defendant, she saw the victim’s face; (d) towed the victim’s face; (e) she takes the victim’s face back; (e) she has strokeed the victim’s neck; and (e) has the victim take off the victim’s body on the part of the victim; and (e) has the victim cover the victim’s face immediately; and (e) has the victim her fingered the victim’s her finger; and (e) have the victim her fingered the victim’s face.

As a result, the defendant raped the victim under 13 years of age, and caused the victim's impairment of the character of head and other parts requiring treatment for about 2 weeks of age, in the process of such rape, such as the impairment of the character of head and other parts of the victim's scambling, scam
