Punishment of the crime

At around 18:00 on September 21, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim D (the 50-year old age), without any justifiable reason, while the residents of the apartment house in front of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, the Defendant was able to receive the victim D (the 50-year old age), who is not interested in the family house.
