A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Two seized knife (No. 1, 2) shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 6, 2015, the Defendant had been receiving treatment from the victim D (53 cm) who is a doctor of the C hospital from around his/her hand and proposal, but the disease has deteriorated, and the victim had been neglected by treating the Defendant during his/her medical examination and treatment. On November 17, 2015, the Defendant intended to kill the victim. On November 20, 2015, the Defendant purchased one knife (2, knife length, 20.6 cm in total, 31.9 cm in total) at H located in the Gwangju Northern-gu E around November 2015, and purchased one knife (1, knife No. 1, knife No. 2, 203 cm, 7.7 cm and 37 cm in total).

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant provided medical treatment to the injured party in Gwangju-dong-gu I around 15:25 on November 20, 2015.

C Hospital 6 medical treatment units of hospital 1 and 6 medical treatment units of hospital 1 and were in possession of a female patient within the first medical treatment room after a female patient was sleeped with an opportunity to kill the victim by sitting in front of the blood pressure test unit.

2. Special assault Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s knife knife with the above knife knife knife that was cited by the victim’s J (30) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) placed the victim’s K (76 years of age) on the chest part of the victim’s K (76 years of age) who continued to be given medical treatment at the second diagnosis room to be imposed.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to victims by carrying dangerous articles.

3. The defendant who interferes with his duties shall display the knife as above at the time and at the place specified in paragraph 1, and keep the knife of the nurse or security personnel who had continued to be in the place, and shall be discarded down near the knife.

Victims by force shall avoid disturbance for about 10 minutes, such as passing sound.
