1. The Defendants jointly deliver 331.6 square meters among the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, and KRW 10,500,000.
Reasons
1. On December 27, 2016, the Defendants indicated the claim against the Plaintiff, jointly leased KRW 331.6 square meters on the third floor among the buildings listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff, KRW 15 million, the lease period of KRW 24 million from November 15, 2016, and KRW 10.5 million from November 15, 2016, and the lease period of KRW 10.5 million (10 months).
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract.
Therefore, the defendants are jointly obligated to deliver the third floor of the above building to the plaintiff and pay the overdue rent to the plaintiff.
