A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim F in detail, such as brain salvine in need of treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim G, such as salvine salkes and closed salkes, etc. requiring approximately seven weeks of treatment, and at the same time, destroyed the victim F’s bicycle amounting to KRW 450,00,000 of repair cost, and escaped without immediately stopping the victim’s bicycle amounting to KRW 230,000 of repair cost.
