A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2015, at the Daegu District Court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and issued a summary order of KRW 7 million as a fine in the same court on August 24, 2018.

On May 29, 2020, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven a car with C Sti-type under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.137 percent at a section of about 30 meters in front of the said apartment house, from the parking lot in Daegu Suwon-gu B apartment to the front road of the said apartment house.
