Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant driven a D low typ car with alcohol content of about 0.145% in the 1.5km section from the front of the B-on-road to the front of the C-on-road in Sinri City, Sinri-si, Seoul, at around 00:47.
2.
