A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Godan10] On October 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, 2013, the Defendant driven the said cargo by using the key to the said cargo knife, which was parked in the factory ma of the said manufacturer; (b) around 5,00,000 won in total, of the two electric knife market prices owned by the victim and owned by the victim D; and (c) operated the said cargo knife using the key attached to the knife of the said cargo knife.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

1. On February 28, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would sell a siren car in his/her possession to KRW 10 million” to the victim at the victim H’s residence in the Jeonnam-nam Navy G.

However, even if the defendant was paid the automobile purchase price by the victim, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the car with the car.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant’s wife, for the purchase price of motor vehicle from the same day, and acquired 5,00,000 won in total from the same account under the same name on March 1, 2013, and acquired 5,30,000 won.

2. From November 2013, the Defendant was employed by the Victim K and engaged in the work of transporting suspected, self-defacing and harvested passengers, and the Defendant was in possession of the freight truck after receiving it from the Victim K for that purpose.

The Defendant, at around 15:45 on November 22, 2013, was in a dairy field located in Y, Jeonnamdo M, with the intent to flee, while receiving cash worth KRW 3.5 million from the victim’s request to transfer the proceeds of oil and the personnel expenses of those who harvested people from the victim, and keeping them for business purposes, at the same place on the same day.
